A people-oriented HR person, from digital and social media to Talent and OD Management, she has acquired diversified experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition local and global, Training and Development, Talent Management, and CSR.
Radwa has 8 years of experience in international and multinational organizations in addition to 4 years of volunteering experience with international NGOs and AIESEC. Radwa is so passionate about people development and employment, in which her job and experience satisfy this passion, her current role as a Talent and OD Manager gave her the opportunity to do what she loves the most; giving back to the society. From there, Radwa has decided to be a career coach to help people throughout their career choices and challenges.
Radwa also started her small NGO “EASE” for Learning and Development in 2012. She’s been delivering training sessions and workshops in Soft Skills, Recruitment, and Social Media marketing since 2013.
Radwa aspires to help the society and fill the unemployment gap, through preparing strong talents who are ready for the market needs. And she started to use her network to provide companies with qualified CVs, those who attended her training sessions or volunteered in EASE, building up this network has enabled her dream to have a good start.
